Documentary following Frances Atkins, one of only six female Michelin-starred chefs in the UK, as she creates new meals at her North Yorkshire restaurant the Yorke Arms, using local, fresh and seasonal ingredients. Frances combines her knowledge of food with classic techniques and a talent for presentation, flavour and texture, while the film shows the pressure she is under to remain at the top of her profession.
