Chefs Paul Rankin and Nick Nairn return for a new culinary road trip along the east coast of America to find out about the history of the Irish and Scottish immigrants who defined modern America. In the first programme they head to Washington DC, where they cook for former White House Press Secretary and Ulster-Scot Mike McCurry and his friends and family.
